Terms and Conditions.
Should any false or misleading information be provided to the Owner with regard to the number of visitors staying at the property, or guests are not prepared to abide by the rules and conditions of the stay, I accept that the Owner has the Authority to request the property be immediately vacated and no refund will be given. Limited parking to 2 cars. 
I will be liable for any damages /breakages, missing inventory items or any costs associated with the cleaning or removal of smoke residue or rubbish, the property should be left in its original condition. Should any items need rectifying on vacating the Owner will notify me and I agree for my credit card to be debited and a receipt be forwarded to me for my records. I understand the Owner takes no responsibility for items left behind.
The internal premises are "non-smoking". If smoking has occurred at the property, the guest on the rental agreement will be charged for the cleaning costs associated with removal of the smoke residue from the premises. No Pets Allowed.
Please provide credit card details; if credit card details cannot be provided unfortunately we are not able to accept your booking. No keys will be handed out until payment in full is received. Acceptance of your booking is acceptance of these terms stated above.
